Neospeak Audio includes ground shipping costs (and brokerage fees if required) for most orders. We will ship orders on the next business day for all stock items.

Neospeak Audio includes free ground shipping to all states in the continental US and all Canadian provinces and territories. Rush shipping is also available at an additional cost. Please call us at 1-877-7000-NEO for details. All deliveries require signature by the receiver.

Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO orders is not included. Please contact us directly at 1-877-7000-NEO for more information and to order.

We do not currently accept any international orders.

All continental US orders are shipped from our warehouse in Blaine, Washington. All Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia. We will send you an order confirmation and shipping notice within 24 hours of placing your order. You can track your shipments and receive detailed information online.
