Neospeak Audio offers a 30 day No Hassle guarantee. Simply order the loudspeaker products of your choice and try them in your home setting for 30 days. Please allow for a 10 day break in period after receiving your speakers.

We are confident that you will love your Neospeak Audio speakers, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied after 10 days, please let us know. We will give you a Return Authorization Number, send you a return shipping label and arrange for courier to pick up the goods at your convenience.

We have return locations in both USA and Canada.

After we receive your speakers in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your credit card less only the cost of shipping the products back to us. There is no restocking fee to pay. If, however, the speakers do not arrive in original condition, we will debit an appropriate restocking charge. No refund will be issued for products that have been damaged, abused or modified

Please keep the original packing materials with you. All Neospeak Audio products must be shipped back in their original containers and packing. Replacement containers are available for a modest fee. We recommend that you keep your original containers for the duration of all warranty periods.
